Section 1: Introduction to the 'Interview Guide' book

In Section I of the book, I wanted to share the reasons for writing such a book, and a bit about me. All of this to provide perspective on where I'm coming from to build a resource like this.

This content was started in 2014 as I mentored for a technical training school called "The Turing School of Software & Design" (now closed). I mentored for 4 years, worked there full time as an instructor for 4 more years, then got into livestreaming.
