The Outcome

It's always emotionally taxing to wait for the outcome of an interview.

I cover the two possible scenarios in Section 4: rejection or job offer, and thus negotiations.

Either way, always send a note to the employer thanking them for the time they took to interview you. Ask them to extend the gratitude to everyone else on the team (mention them all by name). This can be as short as a paragraph.
