I do ask for a $50 payment for private reviews, but may reduce or waive the fee. There are fields on the form to tell me more about your background and circumstance if the payment would be a hardship.
All payments are put into our Diversity in Tech Fundraiser.
I changed the submission to be a Google Form where I could ask different questions depending on whether you want a public or private resume review.

I review them for FREE on Sundays on my Twitch stream at 10am Pacific Time / 2pm Eastern Time.
Paid private resume reviews will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time, or I will review them on my own time and send you a video of my review.
